Distinctive Signs

Hieroglyphs have great many of groups of letters which have similar shapes and which derive from same things. For brailling such letters, you put a distinctive sign below before the sign of the basic letter.

You can put another distinctive sign before a sign with distinctive signs to generate a braille sign for another letter.
